Bringing nearly 20 years of experience in rehabilitative health care to her practice, Julia Grover OTR/L, CHT specializes in restoration of motion and relief of pain in upper extremity conditions of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, for adult and pediatric populations. Julia and the Central Hand Therapy team use a combination of manual therapy, exercise and non-invasive modalities.

Southern Arizona Community Occupational Therapy Associates (SACOTA), an integral part of Julia’s practice, provides specialized Occupational Therapy for children with neurodevelopmental disorders and delays including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Sensory Processing Disorder.

Working with children both on an outpatient basis and in a school-based program, the SACOTA team assesses the child's needs, strengths and goals to design an integrative program that provides the “right amount of challenge” to the child.
